Our class has been working on our adding and subtracting strategies with decimals in Math! We have been solving authentic problems using Boston Pizza menus to calculate our totals and change. Some strategies we are using including regrouping, expanding numbers left to right and compensating to change numbers. Explain to a family member how each of these strategies work.
